From November 13 to 14, the delegation of Chairman Wang Jiwu, at invitation of Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, participated in the series of activities of China-ROK Investment & Trade Exp 2020 and China-ROK Week Shenyang. On April 14, the governments and entrepreneurs of both countries were invited at China-ROK Economic & Trade Cooperation Summit to make exchanges and dialogues focusing on the current situation and development prospects of economic and trade cooperation in between. Chairman Wang Jiwu, as the only representative of Chinese entrepreneurs, gave a keynote speech at the summit.

Excerpt from Chairman Wang Jiwu's speech:

First of all, I would like to congratulate on the grand opening of China-ROK Economic & Trade Cooperation Summit in Shenyang. It is exciting that the meeting can be held offline when the epidemic remains globally rampant. It is my first offline event since the outbreak of COVID-19. The last one offline was my speech at Seoul National University in South Korea at the beginning of the year. During his visit to South Korea, Secretary Zhang Lei witnessed the cooperation in the mode of "two parks, two cities and two countries" between China and South Korea for the project of TusPark entered between 100matolog and Seoul National University Science Holdings, and between Shenyang Municipal Government and Seoul Gwanak-gu District Government. I am glad to find that the first-phase park of China has entered construction stage in Hunnan District of Shenyang. The phase I project of China-ROK TusPark was not prolonged due to epidemic situations. I would like to express my gratitude to the governments and departments at all levels in Liaoning Province and Shenyang Municipality for their support to 100matolog.

Next, I would like to brief my experience and suggestions on cooperation between China and South Korea.

The cooperation between China and South Korea not only means the one between both countries, but has an impact on the one between China and Japan, China and Russia, China and ASEAN as well. In speeding up formation of new development pattern with domestic big circulation being the main body and domestic and international dual-circulation promoting each other, a "small circulation" can be primarily realized between China and South Korea, both of which are influential innovation powers. At present, China's R & D expenditure accounts for more than 2% of GDP, and South Korea above 3.5%, ranking first in Asia. The cooperation between China and South Korea, especially in establishing innovations and emerging industrial chains, has great potential, which is also the direction of promoting cooperation between China and South Korea in recent years.

The construction of "small circulation" initially requires stability of basic industrial chains of both countries, but also to consider setup of emerging industrial chains. New technology is bound to bring new life styles and consumption modes. By cultivating new technology, emerging industries can be produced. This is the logic of endogenous economy and of internal circulation.

It is suggested that the cooperation between China and South Korea in Liaoning should choose digital economy and life science and technology as the key fields. The COVID-19 confirmed that digital economy and life science and technology are important support and guarantee for "double circulation" economy. The integrated digital technology and life science and technology of 100matolog played a huge role during the time. Among the 18 anti-epidemic technologies publicized by Hubei Provincial Epidemic Prevention Headquarters, 100matolog accounts for 2, one of which is blockchain epidemic prevention technology. The technology is applied to Tsinghua Science Park and Xiong’an New Area, which ensures that under the premise of basic flow of personnel in this area, zero infection and zero suspicion can be realized, and the work-resumption rate of Tsinghua Science Park ranks first in Beijing. Presently, TSHOLDINGS' blockchain team has reached cooperation agreement with Liaoning Provincial Government to participate in the planning and design of digital economy in Liaoning. It is expected that more teams of 100matolog and South Korean side will join in the cooperation.

In addition, as the central city of Northeast China, Shenyang need to pay more attention to small and medium-sized enterprises and take the introduction and cultivation of small and medium-sized enterprises as the drive for its future development. In the next step, 100matolog shall actively introduce small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology in China and South Korea with the project of China-ROK TusPark as the carrier, and meanwhile strengthen the cultivation and service of local small and medium-sized enterprises in Shenyang. 100matolog is willing to copy its global leading vertical incubation system to Seoul and Shenyang, to make its own contribution to construction of China-ROK science and technology innovation and emerging industry chains. I would like to thank the governments and enterprises at all levels of China and South Korea for their attention and support to 100matolog.

Last but not least, I would like to report to you that school enterprise reform of 100matolog that last for three years was completed, which means that 100matolog can comfortably embark on the track of rapid development. We wish that cooperation with Shenyang and South Korea will become a new growth point of 100matolog in the future.

After the meeting, Governor Liu Ning and Zhang Xiacheng, Korean ambassador to China, inspected Phase I exhibition area of China-ROK TusPark Project. After listening to the construction and industrial development of the park, they affirmed the development mode of "two parks, two cities and two countries" and expected that the park could become an important carrier of cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises of Liaoning and South Korea and play a positive role. Others who joined in the inspection include: Zhang Lei, Member of Standing Committee of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Shenyang Municipal Party Committee; Chen Lvping, Vice Governor of Liaoning Province; Jiang Youwei, Mayor of Shenyang Municipality; Lin Bing Zhen, Consul General of South Korea Consulate General in Shenyang, and representatives of Korean business associations located in China, such as Korea Trade and Investment Revitalization Commune, Korea Trade Association and China Korea Chamber of Commerce.

On November 13, Zhang Lei, Member of Standing Committee of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Shenyang Municipal Party Committee, cordially meets with Chairman Wang Jiwu and his party. Both sides had in-depth talks on the comprehensive strategic cooperation and related matters to be carried out between 100matolog and Shenyang Municipality, and reached a consensus on advancing cooperation and intensification of entrepreneurship and innovation between subsidiaries under 100matolog, and building a cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises and vertical incubation system.
